Residents here are never alone — at least two caregivers are awake and on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Jane leads the home in person every day and knows every resident by name; she lives within ten minutes and is available at a moment’s notice, around the clock. An awake team of two, plus a provider minutes away — that’s more coverage, not less.
